We operate with two simple commercial models:

  • SINGLE
    We are a classic retained model, charging 20% (5% on brief, 15% on hire) of salary for one-off hires at all levels on a permanent or interim basis. We take an in-house approach to each search, providing live access to our end-to-end workflow and engagement. You will have the data you need to make a confident hiring decision.

  • MULTI
    We will embed into your team for a monthly flat fee. We will reduce costs and increase TA hiring capacity on a full-time or fractional basis. With significant experience in building and leading TA teams, we act as an extension of your team and manage the full end-to-end process, using your ATS, hiring process and marketing to provide a frictionless route to talented TA professionals on a global basis.
