Since 2021, we have been building a culture that enables people to develop their skills and careers. Like any fast-growth, nimble startup we have succeeded some of the time, whilst we have also had to park good ideas for another day.

Whilst we haven’t ruled out ever having an office again, our business model is all about remote working and remote employment.

It does take more effort to keep the team ‘immersive.’ but we think the payback in work/life balance is worth it with team members on a global basis.
